He was there early before the inspection was scheduled to take place, he was very professional and thorough with checking every detail inside and outside of the home and kept us well informed as to where shut off valves were, emergency switches and answered all our questions. He showed us where the filters were and how often we needed to change them in the heating and cooling system. He took lots of pictures of everything he inspected and used drones while checking the roof. I thought it was pretty cool. He also shared information as to how to maintain the grounds and deck. He was knowledgeable and made lots of recommendations as far as whether we should stay with the oil tank or convert to gas. His pricing is fair which made the experience even better.
